This project was special. The initial concept went virtually unchanged through the entire constriction process. An excellent match of client builder and designer. An interesting detail here is the detached gym. normally we would not be able to build that close to the water. the site had an existing structure grandfathered in that we were allowed to remodel in the same footprint.
